What Personally Identifiable Information We Collect and How

Website Forms, Consent, and Retention

Contact, demo, and pricing forms require your explicit consent before submission. The information is encrypted in transit, used only to respond to the request, and retained for no more than ninety (90) days from submission unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Career applications require separate recruiting consent. Application information and résumé files are retained for no more than twelve (12) months from submission unless a longer period is required by law or for legal claims. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting support@levelupllc.io.

The website does not store form messages, contact details, or résumé files in its application database. An authorized email delivery provider processes submissions for delivery to LevelUp. For abuse prevention, the form service stores only a keyed one-way client fingerprint, a request counter, and an expiration time. Expired limiter records are purged by the form service and cannot be used to recover the original network address.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your Personal Information or Content and will not share or disclose any of your Personal Information or Content with third parties for any reason, including their marketing purposes.

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of ours or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

Changing or Deleting Your Information
